How It Works
Enable Internal Review:
Service Request Submission: A user submits a service request via Web or Mobile (Ecotrak and Ecotrak Tech platforms).
Internal Review Status: The system creates the work order in a new status — Internal Review. No service provider is assigned at this stage.
Notification Triggered: Users with the Internal Review role are notified that a work order is awaiting their attention.
Review Actions Available: The reviewer can choose to:
Final Dispatch: Once reviewed and assigned, the work order is sent externally to the designated service provider.
